​How Do I Place An Order?​

You can place an order online, by phone, by email or by visiting us at our store in Markham



Payment & Shipping

When ordering online you will receive a confirmation email and then will be contacted via phone or email with any questions regarding your order. At this time we will get your credit card information and advise you of freight charges if applicable



Secure Ordering & Payment Option

For online and phone orders we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For in-store orders we accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Cash. Credit card information is never saved or stored.

Returns & Refunds

All stock purchases can be exchanged for other products or a store credit, no invoice required.​

Asham products have a lifetime warranty against defects.  Product can be sent back to Winnipeg for repair or replacement,  We can help facilitate the process.
